Mikaela having Arthrogryposis in just her upper extremities
makes her
very rare. I have met a few Mom's
of kids just like Mikaela online, but I was never able to find one
around
here. One day I received an email from a Mother who found Mikaela's
videos
on youtube. Her daughter also has AMC in just her arms! We
were so
thrilled to find out that they don't live too far from us! We planned a
day for the kids to meet, and for us to sit down and talk about our
daughters.

Sara has been an inspiration to Mikaela! Whatever Sara's doing,
Mikaela wants to be right besides her doing the same thing. We hope they
find a great friendship throughout life, so they'll always have a friend to turn to, and someone who understands.
